Now Hiring - Leasing Agent in El Segundo, CA

Leasing Agent is a key position within our property management organization and will be responsible for leasing all vacancies within a portfolio of 600+ apartment units across 80+ rental properties. The portfolio is comprised of both market-rent and affordable housing units. Properties are mostly located in central Los Angeles, Pasadena, Highland Park, and South East part of the city. Leasing Agent will be responsible for all leasing activities such as advertising vacant units, communicating with potential tenants, showing vacant units to prospective tenants, guiding prospective tenants through the application process, maintaining relationships with housing advisers at non-profit organizations, processing leasing paperwork, and executing rental agreements. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leasing experience. REIT experience is a plus.

Typical Work Time:

• Monday - Friday: 9AM -5PM

Additional As Needed Work Time (to provide showings):

• Some Early Mornings or Evenings
• Some Weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
